The RANE TWELVE MKII replicates the look and feel of a turntable with a 12-inch motorised platter. It builds on the original RANE TWELVE and adds features such as onboard track select and load controls.

As for when — well Rane recently announced a buy one get one half price deal that expires at the end of May, and combining that with the finished nature of the product, then I’d say well, to be honest, I wouldn’t like to guess when the Rane TWELVE MKII will drop. The whole world is up in the air right now, but July seems feasible. The Rekordbox Cue and Key tool works with any Rekordbox version from 4.5 up 'till current. If you are on a Rekordbox version between 6.0 up to 6.3 you need to use the included Rekordbox 6 to XML app to create a source XML. If you are on Rekordbox at or above 5.6.1 (upto current 6.5.1) you need to take the RB XML import bug into account. Rane Twelve MK2 works with Rekordbox. The crew from DJkit just confirmed that the Rane Twelve MK2 work with Rekordbox. It was always thought that these two would not be compatible. The LEDs from Rekordbox are a bit odd...ie you don't see cues set unless you're setting them in the Seventy Two...probably something missing from the mapping - but its a start for anyone with persistance in Rekordbox.
